The new addition to the Bouche family is here and does not disappoint one bit. This time we have a carbonated, fermented tea infusion with Genmaicha, Sencha and Kaffir lime leaves. Genmaicha is the combination of Sencha and roasted rice, which adds nutty, earthy notes. Sencha provides a fresh, slightly sweet base. Kaffir lime leaves bring a tangy, floral citrus aroma that enlivens and refines the mixture. This alcohol free wine alternative has beautiful complexity and is a great option instead of sparkling wines.
