Bergkloster, Super Lit 2020

Pinot gris mash fermented coming from a neighbouring plot in the village of Bechtheim, where they have been planted about 15 years ago. After harvesting the grapes were fermented on skins before being pressed into large old oak. Super lit would pair well with green olives and a slab of comté.
