Bergkloster, Pinot Gris 2020

Jason Bergkloster's Pinot Gris is directly pressed and left in stainless steel tanks for a year longer as the fermentation needed more time. The wine has an expressive character and an incredible flow, with a round mouthfeel balanced by acidity, tension and saline minerality. The Bergkloster Pinot Gris pairs well with white bean stew and crusty bread.
