Bergkloster, Cuvée Weiss 2022

Well, we loved the Cuvée Weiss 2021 and the 2022 might just be even better. Cuvée Weiss is Jason Bergkloster's blend of local white grape varietals Bacchus, Huxelrebe, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon blanc. A mixture of direct press and fermentation with Bacchus, Huxelrebe and Pinot Gris were on the skins for 10 days with stems. They were on the lees for 9 months before bottling. Super zippy and vibrant with fresh acidity and a tingling finish. Bergkloster, Cuvee Weiss 2022 pairs well with rich Chilli Sin Carne and guacamole.
