Bencze, Pinot Noir 2021

Fresh pomegranate and cranberry fruit on the palate with a vibrant herbaceous note. This pinot noir is silky, playful and exciting and made by one of the pioneers of natural winemaking in Hungary, István Bencze. The wine was made by partially foot stomping whole bunches and the remaining grapes were de-stemmed and fermented in open vats for 10 days. Aged on the lees for 10 months in stainless steel and bottled with 10mg of SO2.
