A Riesling with impressive tension and depth driven by the volcanic basalt soils, sandstone and clay. With just 400 bottles made and ageing in amphora for 2 years, this is a true rare gem that's a  collectors must have. On the palate it gives stone fruits and delicate mountain florals with a creamy mouthfeel. The Bencze Aries Riesling pairs well with lightly smoked fish, or slow roasted chicken.
