Bencze Birtok, Riesling 2020
Loaded with fresh apricots and white peaches, this Hungarian Riesling is dry with notes lemon peel and honey with a salty, mineral finish. Grapes were direct pressed and had a full 14 months on the lees in stoneware vessels. Bencze's wines have a great tension and depth driven by the volcanic basalt soils, sandstone and clay. The Bencze Birtok Riesling pairs well with vitello tonnato or labneh and za'atar.
