Ambijus, Real Fantasy

As far as wine alternatives go, not many do it better than our friends at Ambijus. But these should not be positioned as simple low-alcohol alternatives but rather standalone drinks that rival wines for depth and complexity marrying taste and tannins, acidity and spice to create beautiful moments. Real Fantasy evokes the flavours and aromas of the Nordic mountain home using fermented tea (kombucha base), elderberry, raspberry, wild blueberries, roasted oak and black peppercorns. Ambijus have reimagined a rich and spicy wine with this wonderfully complex still alternative. The Ambijus Realy Fantasy would pair well with a fennel sausage ragu.
