When you place a SIPS order, you'll first recieve a confirmation email detailing your purchase with us. At this stage, our warehouse is notified and they'll begin preparing your order.

All orders will be fulfilled, packed and passed on to the shipping carier within 1-2 business days of your purchase. When the warehouse has packed up your order and the postal carrier has picked it up, you'll recieve an email with a tracking number. Standard shipping times will then apply once your order has been picked up.

We deliver your wine in a durable, transport-safe box complete with layers of protective packaging. Postal courier services will pick up your order from the centralised SIPS warehouse in Berlin and deliver to the address you entered at the checkout.

If you aren't at home when the delivery comes, the postal courier will leave your package with a neighbour or in a nearby sorting facility.

• Zone 2: €7.90 or free above €120
• Zone 3: €13.90 or free above €250
