Vignerons d'Estezargues, Taparas 2021

Les Vignerons d'Éstezargues from the Gard Region of Southern France, composed of 12 vignerons, that work almost entirely organically. Since 2002 they use only indigenous yeasts, without enzymes or sulfites at harvest or in the bottle. The Taparas rosé, a Cotes du Rhone appellation, is a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan that is full of summer fruit with a sweet punch, pairs well with an aperitif of olives and charcuterie!
