The Manna might just be our favourite red at the moment. The wine is ruby coloured in the glass, an expressive red that has the aromatic flair of Matin's Weiss this year, plus the crunchy rhubarb notes of Portugieser. Tart and crisp cherries, pomegranate and cranberry notes characterise this red. A blend of red and white grapes; Blauer Portugieser, Scheurebe and the addition of Müller Thurgau this year too. The Marto Manna pairs well with a mushroom tarragon galette.
