Marto, Crazy Crazy 2023

The Marto Crazy Crazy 2023 is the best vintage yet. This sparkling wine is full of life and epitomises what summer is about. Similarly to Weiss it is made from local varietals Huxel, Müller-Thurgau and Würzer. This year the grapes went through whole bunch maceration for 7 days - Marto did this to bring through the structure and complexity of the wine to the fore in balance with the bubbles and we can say it's a success. Expect tropical notes and sunset feelings when drinking this one. Crazy Crazy 2023 would pair well with a Goat Cheese salad.
