Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme, Le Telquel 2021

Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme first started making wines with Thierry Puzelat in 2008. Taking on more and more responsibility he eventually took over the domain of around 9 hectares. Le Telquel is predominantly Gamay grapes with the rest imported from the a vineyard in the South of France using Syrah, Grenache and Cabernet Franc. Aged in stainless tanks for 6 months, this wine is easy to drink, presenting delicate red fruits with a bright acidity. The Telquel pairs well with a chicken pie or a tomato and mozzarella salad.
