Güeyu Mar chargrilled conservas are the most premium in Spain. Hailing from Asturias, these limited cans are the first of their kind in the German market. A novel technique created by chef Abel Álvarez in Asturias brings the finest seafood from the north of Spain. In this can are loins of Bonito del Norte tuna (Thunnus alalunga) caught in the waters of the Cantabrian Sea and kept with their fat, considered blessed fat. Loins and fat are crushed and mixed with Nori seaweed and top-of-the-line Castillo Canena olive oil to make this paté.Tasting profile
