Clovis Ochin, Mira Mira 2021

Clovis Ochin made this first vintage of Spanish wines in Bonastre from the local grape Bobal. The wines were vinified in the cellar of his dear friends, Partida Creus. This is a rare chance to try bobal as you have never tasted it. From a few sunny plots of old vines the grapes that made this wine were the 2021 harvest. Here the grapes were direct pressed and underwent  spontaneous fermentation in tank. Bottled without clarification or filtration.The lightest of his Bobal wines, Mira Mira is delicate, elegant and playful with a bright acidity. The Clovis Ochin Mira Mira pairs well with Spaghetti cacio e pepe.
