Bergkloster, Cuvée Weiss 2021

Cuvée Weiss is Jason Bergkloster's blend of local white grape varietals Bacchus, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Riesling. Here the wine was made with a good balance of skin fermented and direct pressed grapes, showing the fruit nicely and giving a wonderful blend of aromatics, good acidity and low alcohol, at 10.5%.
